All good things come in three !

The title of this item is a free translation of a dutch saying for wich I don't know an english alternative. The fact is : Beau amazed us all by winning a third BIS at the third allbreed championshipshow in a row !!! He achieved this spectecular win at Maastricht.

CH Kokom Simply Red does the hattrick

Just like that, Beau took his next Best in Show at an all Breed Championshipshow.
It all started in the breedring under prestigious judge Andreas Schemel, who remarked he loved his breedtype. He also said he thought Beau could win under heavy competition, wich he proved later that day ! Pictures will be published soon as I have them.

Yet ANOTHER Best in SHOW !!

Yet another Kokomo Lhasa Apso won an all breeds championship Best in Show !!

This time it's our beautiful CH Kokomo Simply Red who is, true to his name, of a beautifull red color. Beau was handled by Bas Rosendaal To BOB under mrs. Regina Tromp an won the group under mr. Jo Schepers. His victory came under USA allrounder mr. Weeks, Thank you !!

some serious stuff

As some of you may know, our lovely frenchie Desmond de la Parure went to live with his new owners two weeks ago. They took him to an all breed show in the first weekend he arrived.

He won Best in Show !! The picture shows him delivering his act and convinced me that he is safe and sound !!

Our last appearances with Beau aka Lux. & Dutch CH Kokomo Simply red were quite succesfull; winning the dogticket at our specialty and the Luxemburg tittle.

Now he went out with his friend Bas, who takes care of his coat ever so often. And guess what?

He won an all breed Best in Show; just for fun !

In a league of his own

He is in a league of his own, this was the comment of the pekingesejudge mrs. Thorpe for Phuyi. He went BOB out of intermediate and eventually ended up as BIS-4 ! All this happened last weekend at the Champion-specialty for companiondogs.

A good start is half the work!

Phuyi aka World Juniorwinner 2006 Youthwinner Amsterdam 2006 Dutch Youthchampion
started the new year in style.
At Mouscron, the first show where he could win the CACIB, he won BOB and the CACIB under mrs. van Brempt and group 4 under judge mad. Deserne.!!
Last weekend he repeated this breedresult under mrs. Zwaartman and group 3 under mrs. Sjong!!This last result already qualifies him for the dog of the year show in febr. 2008.

The Legend lives !!

A picture says a thousand words. I'm honoured and thankfull that Anita Klerks asked me to share with her in the legendary Klerkshof prefix. This kennel has a history going back more than 55 years! In pekingese the kennel has a worldwide reputation of one of the topbreeders of the pekingese ever. The number of champions is like a string of pearls.
We will launch a new website and proceed with the breedingprogram, fitting in my own pekes. We allready have a very promissing new dog bred from the old Klerkshoflines combined with the USA Morningstar import who also sired Mult CH BISS & Groupwinning Klekshof mr. Blue Sky A'damwinner 2003 & 2004.

New Moon over Kokomo

This 8 week old puppy traveled for miles and miles from the north of Finland to her new home at Kokomo. Her name is Dane York Paper Moon, so we call her Luna. After a few days we realise we should say "La Luna", she's quite a character you see.

She is from the first litter of our World junior winner, Youthwinner Amsterdam and Dutch Youthchampion Adelwin de la Pagode des trois Bonzes ex an Mallen bitch who is the daughter of a Ch. dog from st. Aubrey-breeding. All five pups were born natural and are of quality. There is still one male available.

Not only did Multi Champion Kokomo Close to Perfection win groups and Best in Show.

This young, born showdog also won the prestigious Amsterdam Winnertittle second year running beating on this occasion the current Worldchampion from Spain.

Yet another KOKOMO Champion

At this years Jubilee Championship specialty of the dutch club that caters for the lhasa apso my homebred Lhasa Apso Beau became CH Kokomo Simply Red !

He won his crowning ticket under respected judge Regina Tromp from the uptill that day biggest entry of the year. What a way to finish !

Beau has been shown sparcely leaving it to his litterbrother Multi Champion Kokomo Close to Perfection. These boys are the sons of my now 15 year old multi CH Chakpori's Rhapsody JW'93.

Phuyi's first kids

The first children of our World Juniorwinner in Pekes are born in Finland out of a bitch from the famous Mallen breeding. If you are interested in one of the three males available, the puppies are now six weeks old, contact me.

Handling to the top !

The second year running I handled Bea van Zanten's American Cocker CH LC gem's Runnin on Empty Amsterdam W'05&'06 to be topwinning American cocker of the year.

Last year he won reserve in group at the Dog of the year show, we're invited this year too.

In de Pedigree Topdog competition he ended up being Topdog in FCI group 8. It just clicks !!

Third and final litter for supergirl

We hope for a very exciting litter of lhasa apsos to be born around the first of march 2007 !

Mother is the beautiful CH Nichann Double Dutch who proved to be a perfect mom in her two previous litters. She brought Kokomo three new Champions as well as a CC-winner. She is shown on the picture above.

The father is an unshown dog who was on a short visit in Europe. He is Kai-la sha Soldier of Fortune who's breeding is extra interesting because Double Dutch goed back to the same breeding. You can find every information of him and his background on the Kai-la-sha webpage.

Kokomo Lhasa Apso wins French Specialty

Our beautifull apso male Champion Kokomo Business as Usual Youth winner Amsterdam 2003 had an exciting win in gaining Best in Show at the French Specialty for tibettan breeds.

Earlier in 2006 he went for a trip to Finland and won his Finish tittle in just two weeks only to come back to pick up his Luxemburg tittle after that. So he is now, apart from being ever so suite, French, Finnish & Luxemburg CH Kokomo Business as Usual.

All credits go to my dear friend Daniel Mizeret who takes care of him, handels him and loves him to pieces! For that reason I gave Daniel "Kailas" as a special gift.

Diva gaines international status

Our ultra feminin Lhasa bitch CH. Kokomo Nobody's business Amsterdam

youthwinner 2003 won her International Championship tittle. She is shown winning Best in Group at the International Championshipshow In Bratislava. At this same show her father Multi CH Maijo Remarc Back in Business was handled by me to win Best in Show !

Diva is co-owned by miss Susanne van Ommeren. She is bred out of CH nichann Double Dutch who is now the mother of three champions ! Look for the new litter under Puppies.

Dog of the year

KokomoShowdogs are again represented at dutch "the dog of the year event".

In lhasas Multi CH Kokomo Business as Usual W2005 & 2006 was res. BIG last year.

This year our Best in Group and Best in Specialty winning French Bulldog Desmond de la Parure is invited even though he was hardly shown in 2006.

Worlddogshow in Poland

In pekingese renown breedspecialist mr. Opera from Poland had an beatifull entry of about a 100 ! My pekingese male Adelwin de la Pagode des trois bonzes gained the prestigious tittle World Juniorwinner 2006 !

This is a dog bred in France, out of two british parents and hw lives with me in Amsterdam.

He is a double-up on CH Delwin Paddy O'reilly. Apart from this win he won allready enough tickets to be a champion, bus he needs to grow 27 months old to get this tittle under the FCI-rules. He is Youthchampion in Holland though and won the youthwinnertittle at the Winners in Amsterdam 2006.
